The new version says the following:

	Product version upgrade (new version)
	Each customer has abilities to upgrade own software version himself, we offer the upgrade patches and instructions for each new version. But if you wish we could done it for you. Upgrade of default version costs $47 USD, upgrade of customized version estimates for each customer personally. $47 per upgrade

So there is just one additional sub-point: "upgrade of customized version estimates for each customer personally".
